![]() ![]() People that passed by were friendly and kind. The bathhouse looked like it is cleaned every day.Įven though every campsite was in use the park was quiet day and night. They came around to collect trash multiple times per day. We were near the bathhouse on the back part of the loop, and I have never seen a cleaner or better-maintained facility. Stayed at the park this last weekend with my kid in a tent. Schools and groups are welcomed, call to make reservations. Come visit our museum and enjoy seeing some of the finest treasures ever created by early craftsmen. Our displays feature relics that date from over 14,000 years old to historic times. The museum is divided into five different time periods that will guide you through the constantly changing lives of the Native Americans, as seen through their artifacts. The Museum of Native American History invites you to "Walk Through America's Past," where we will give you a glimpse into what life was like for America's first inhabitants. Some of the artifacts are especially impressive, such as the clothing Native Americans sometimes fashioned from blankets and beads secured through trading with Europeans. Many artifacts are presented, from numerous tribal nations, as well as various periods in indigenous histories in the Americas. This small museum offers free audio phones for the exhibit. I would love to visit again when in the area. The museum has free entrance, gift shop and clean restrooms. Obviously this was very well planned and executed through the pristine display of every item. Allow yourself plenty of time to really dive into this collection and it's historical content. ![]() This Museum is a must see! A most exquisite and priceless collection of arrowheads, tools, pottery, clothing, headresses, photographs, and more. ![]()
